A Snorkelling Adventure
“S.D.”
“Wow… my name is the first to be called out”.
I got into my wet suit. It was very tight and I could barely move. S.M. had to help me. I received my cap, then my snorkel and my flippers. Then I tried to sit down (but I couldn’t).
I waited for the next instruction…We had to go across the rocks and then I got in the water. R, the instructor, helped me get in and swim through the channel.
When we got to Goat Island I looked back to see how far I had come. Next I tried to snorkel by myself but I went and held S.M.’s hand. I saw a big fish, little fish, striped fish and plain fish. Just lots and lots of fish! There were blue moumou.
“Wow! That rock looked like a cat! Cool an Eagle Ray!
Where are all the others? Oh here they are…let’s go S.M…”
Now I had to swim by myself because S.M. had to help someone, I made it back to the beach again. We went back to the place we started from. When I got there I took my flippers off as well as my cap and S.M. helped me out of my wetsuit and I went to my next fun activity.
Well I hoped it would be fun! By SD
